Instead of using WEVO’s panel participants, BYOP allows you to collect feedback from your own participants, such as customers, prospects, employees, or panel list you already work with.
Setting up BYOP
To use your own list of participants, please reach out to your WEVO Customer Success Manager (CSM), or to customersuccess@wevoconversion.com. We will be happy to help you set up a BYOP study.
- If your BYOP request is an internal email list, the set-up time is minimal. WEVO will provide you with a link that you send to your participant list. We suggest you assign a unique respondent ID to each participant to input when taking the study.
- If the BYOP request is an outside panel, WEVO will assess the technical requirements and provide an estimate of the time required to launch with the requested panel.
Additional considerations
- WEVO is unable to manage the panel fielding process with BYOP. Customers who use BYOP will be solely responsible for communication with their participants or panel provider.
- WEVO does not incentivize participants in BYOP tests. You can offer this option yourself, which can help speed up the fielding time.
