WEVO lets you flag any user responses that you find inappropriate or of little value. This will have no effect on your WEVO study’s final diagnostic scores or Key Findings.
How to do it:
- In any WEVO section that includes qualitative responses, hover over a quote to get a “Report Quote” icon (an exclamation point).
- Click on the exclamation icon and type in why the quote should be removed. This will help train WEVO’s AI model.
- Quotes can be flagged by multiple team members. If someone else has reported the quote, the exclamation point will be red when you hover over it. You can still provide feedback on that quote, but you won’t be able to see what your colleagues said.
Please note: Once a comment is flagged, it cannot be undone at this time.
