How does the Sentiment Map work? (VIDEO)

The WEVO sentiment map provides a visual lens into panelists' experience of the asset that is being tested (e.g. static image of a page).

Participants are first asked to click on the part of the page that they like most, and second, the part of the page they like least. Then they are prompted to fill in a text box with the “why” they selected in each of those areas.

The sentiment map then displays clicks in a heat map format.  The qualitative “why” is associated with the link and can be viewed as you hover over the page.  All of the qual is also filterable and searchable. It is easy to toggle between the like and dislike sentiment maps.

You can download the whole-page image of the sentiment map to share with your stakeholders easily.
