WEVO’s Insights team includes experienced data storytellers with diverse backgrounds and skill sets, working through WEVO studies both independently and collaboratively. The team also includes a Lead Analyst and Insights Director, who develop use case-specific templates to best fit unique test types.

The proof is in the process. Analysts move through four main stages of analysis in each test, beginning with Grooming and Curation, Data Synthesis, Building Key Insights and Recommended Further Testing, outlined below: 

Grooming and Curation

  • Eliminates invalid and inappropriate respondents
  • Verifies that audience demographics match customer expectations
  • Ensures that only high-quality responses are included 

Data Synthesis

  • Examines each set of data, including Themes and Diagnostics as part of the Experience Score, Sentiment Map(s) and Custom Questions
  • Identifies overarching themes across the data sets and determines their hierarchy in terms of both importance to the target audience and usefulness to your team

Key Insights

  • Provides tailored findings based on the qualitative data as a whole, in the context of the test goals, to answer your top questions
  • Highlights verbatim responses that illustrate respondents’ mindsets and provide helpful context, and can be used in additional deliverables to stakeholders
  • Provide relevant quantitative data points to support qualitative findings

Recommended Further Testing:

  • Highlights key areas of opportunity, noting where respondents identify pain points, as well as alternatives they suggested to improve their experience
  • Delivers targeted recommendations for additional tests to unearth a deeper “Why” based on respondents’ feedback
